Let’s get stronger together, join us with our healthy living challenges to help inspire and develop healthy habits. These activities are designed to make wellness feel easy, and encourage everyone to build small, meaningful habits that support a stronger, healthier life.
The Activity: Mix It Up! Month
This month, we're challenging you to break out of your usual routine and embrace new experiences! Use the Mix It Up Tracker to record each time you try something new or participate in a community event. Whether it's attending a festival, taking a class, visiting a new business, trying a new recipe, exploring a park, or meeting new people, every experience counts. Track each new experience throughout the month and submit what you tried at the end of the challenge. This is all about discovering new interests, building connections, and adding a little adventure to everyday life! Every new experience is an opportunity to learn, grow, and connect, so get out there and mix it up!
Submit Your Results
At the end of the month:
- Visit www.healthywashco.org/events
- Fill out the online form with your name, zip code, phone number, and which activity(s) you tried.
Deadline to enter is September 4, 2026
Note: This form is required to be entered into the prize drawing. All submissions must be received no later than 4 days after the month ends.
Prize Drawing
Everyone who submits their results will be entered into a random prize drawing. Three lucky participants will win a special reward! You will be notified via phone if your name was drawn for the prize.
