The Activity: Healthy Hydration Tracker
This month, we’re kicking off our FREE Healthy Living Challenge with a focus on hydration—because small, consistent habits can make a big difference in how we feel each day. Start by finding your own daily water goal based on what your body needs. Then, use the tracker to keep track of how many days you hit that goal. At the end of the month, submit the total number of days you successfully reached your daily water goal. This challenge is all about creating healthy routines and staying energized, focused and refreshed, one glass of water at a time!

How To Calculate Your Water Goal

1.      Find your body weight (lbs)

2.      Divide by 2

3.      That number = ounces per day

4.      Adjust for activity & heat

Submit Your Results
At the end of the month:

1.      Visit www.healthywashco.org/events

2.      Fill out the online form with your name, zip code, phone number, and how many days total you reached your water goal

Deadline to enter is August 4, 2026

Note: This form is required to be entered into the prize drawing. All submissions must be received no later than 4 days after the month ends.

Prize Drawing
Everyone who submits their results will be entered into a random prize drawing. Three lucky participants will win a special reward!  You will be notified via phone if your name was drawn for the prize.
