Yoga at The Oak

Youth grades 6-12 are invited to Yoga at The Oak led by Karen of +Lily & Sage Yoga. In this 4 session yoga class youth will learn:

•        History & Introduction to yoga

•        Mindful movement followed by creating their own sequence and music playlist

•        Using breath work and meditation to deal with every day stressors

•        The importance of healthy eating habits followed by making a healthy snack

•        Chakras (energy centers within the body) - what are they and how can I manage them

All supplies for yoga are provided. Bring yourself, a friend and clothes you can move in!
